Anae has been named to four of the teams used by the NCAA to determine the season’s consensus All-Americans, earning first-team honors by the AFCA, Walter Camp and Sporting News and named to the Associated Press third team.

Utah’s defense was at times the best in the country this season, thanks to these two stellar players.
During the Pac-12 Championship game, Blackmon suffered a season-ending injury and will not play in the Alamo Bowl. So far, all of Utah’s other seniors, including Anae, haven’t said they are skipping the bowl.
Utah will be playing Texas in the Alamo Bowl, which will take place on Tuesday, December 31 at 5:30 p.m. in the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas. The game will be broadcast on ESPN.
