PROVO, Utah – Signing Day is upon us and the BYU Cougars are looking to finish strong with a solid class that continues to show progress in Kalani Sitake’s program. BYU received a letter of intent from the state of Utah’s top wide receiver in Devin Downing at American Fork High School.

Downing is ranked as the number one wide receiver in the state of Utah according to 247Sports. The second consecutive year BYU has signed a wide receiver from American Fork High School. Last year, the Cougars signed Chase Roberts an Under Armour All-American. Downing garnered interest from Arizona State and a handful of other Pac-12 programs but was always committed to BYU.
