Jerrick Harding Scores Half Of Weber State’s Points In Win Over UVU

OREM, Utah – Weber State guard Jerrick Harding scored half of the Wildcats points on their way to an in-state victory on the road against the Utah Valley Wolverines.
Harding put the Wildcats on top of the Wolverines 72-67 on Wednesday, December 4.
The Weber State guard poured in 36 of the Wildcats’ 72 points in the five-point victory at the UCCU Center in Orem, Utah.

Harding shot 12-19 on field goals including 4-8 from behind the arc. He added 8-10 shooting from the free throw line. The Wildcat guard added 4 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 blocks in the win.
The Wildcats were 46.6 percent on field goals and 36.4 percent on three-pointers.
Weber State’s defense shut down the Wolverines’ offense limiting them to 43.9 percent from the field and 26.9 percent from downtown.

Utah Valley fell to 4-6 on the season and 2-2 at home. The Wolverines travel to Cedar City to face another in-state foe in Southern Utah (4-4) on Saturday, December 7 at 2 p.m.
Weber State picked up its second win of the season and improved to 2-5 overall and 1-1 away from Ogden.
The Wildcats host Westcliff on Saturday, December 7 at 7 p.m.
