Taysom Hill Propels Saints To Thanksgiving Win Over Falcons

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – New Orleans Saints quarterback Taysom Hill scored 14 of the Saints’ points in a 26-18 victory over the Atlanta Falcons on Thanksgiving.

Hill opened the game with a blocked punt and touchdown reception. Late in the first half, the New Orleans’ backup entered the game in place of starting QB Drew Brees and ran for a 30-yard touchdown.

The former BYU QB finished the game with 0/1 passing but carried the ball 3 times for 33 yards and a touchdown. He also added 2 receptions for 12 yards and a TD.

After the game, he was awarded a game ball and ate some Thanksgiving turkey with his teammates.

Marcus Williams, S, New Orleans Saints (10-2)
Williams had seven total tackles and six solo tackles in the Saints’ 26-18 win over the Atlanta Falcons on Thanksgiving.

Mitch Wishnowsky, P, San Francisco 49ers (10-2)
