LOS ANGELES, Calif. – The Utah Jazz struggled to score for the majority of the first half against the Los Angeles Clippers but closed the 2nd quarter on a 17-3 run to take the lead at halftime.

Utah went on a 17-3 run over the final four and half minutes of the second quarter in Los Angeles on Sunday, November 3.

The Jazz took a 41-39 edge over the Clips at the break.

Both teams struggled to shoot the ball effectively in the first 24 minutes of the game.

After an 8-0 start to the game, the Jazz went cold on offense and fell behind LA by 12 points at one point in the second quarter.

Utah was 34.1 percent on field goals and 31.3 percent on three-pointers in the first half.

The Clips weren’t much better at 34.9 percent but shot a dismal 2-16 from downtown.

Donovan Mitchell led the Jazz with 14 points on 5-10 shooting. He also posted 2 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals.

Bojan Bogdanovic added 10 points, 2 rebounds, 4 assists, and a steal.

The Clippers were led by Landry Shamet and Ivica Zubac who each had 8 points in the first two quarters.
