SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The Utah Jazz will not have to defend Kawhi Leonard tonight in their game against the Clippers.

According to head coach Doc Rivers, Leonard will sit tonight and play tomorrow in San Antonio.

The Jazz will also miss Paul George, who had shoulder surgery during the offseason.

Leonard is sitting out Wednesday night for load management reasons.

The Jazz play the Clippers again on Sunday, November 3 and Leonard will most likely play, according to KSL Sports’ Ben Anderson.

The Jazz tip-off Wednesday evening at 8:00 p.m. at Vivint SmartHome Arena.
