PHOENIX, Ariz. – Former Utah Jazzman Ricky Rubio played his old team for the first time as a member of the Phoenix Suns.
It was his first game back from injury but dealt with foul trouble, while nearly recording a triple-double. He finished with 10 points, 10 rebounds and 8 assists and shooting 4-for-9 from the field in 28 minutes, but committed five fouls.
The player that replaced Rubio on the Jazz roster, Mike Conley couldn’t stay on the floor as he was also dealing with foul trouble. He finished with one point, two rebounds, one assist, one steal, one block and five fouls. The Jazz guard went 0-for-7 from the field and 0-of-3 from the three-point line.
