SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The Utah Jazz have ruled out playing forward Bojan Bogdanovic in the team’s game against the Los Angeles Lakers.
Bogdanovic will be inactive due to a left ankle sprain that he suffered in the Jazz’s season-opening victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder.
The Jazz are on the road to face the Lakers on Friday, October 25.

Bogdanovic’s injury occurred during the second quarter of the game vs. the Thunder on Wednesday, October 25.
He went to the locker room a few minutes before halftime but returned to the court as the Jazz took the floor to open the second half.
The Utah forward was the team’s second-leading scorer against OKC with 16 points. Only Donovan Mitchell, who had 32 points, had more points.
Bogdanovic was 6-14 on field goals and 1-5 from three-point range. He also added 3 rebounds and 1 steal in 24 minutes of play.
Jazz head coach Quin Snyder will likely turn to Joe Ingles or Jeff Green to replace the injured Bogdanovic in the starting lineup.
No Bojan Bogdanovic tonight for the Jazz.
I’d imagine this is about hoping he can play tomorrow night against Sacramento where the Jazz should have a good chance to win.
