The football uniform that accompanies the helmet has been worn by the Utes before.
It features sleeves with a red base and black and white stripes. However, the 2019 blackout uniform is different than the mountain sleeves debuted on past Utah blackout uniforms.
The blackout game is a long-standing tradition at Utah. Last year’s blackout game came against Washington. Utah lost that game 21-7.
