Bogdanovic, O’Neale Injured In First Half, Return To Start 3rd Quarter

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Jazzmen Bojan Bogdanovic and Royce O’Neale were both injured in the first half of Utah’s game against the Oklahoma City Thunder. Both players returned to the game to start the third quarter.
Bogdanovic suffered a lower leg injury and O’Neale hurt his hand in the second quarter of the Jazz’s season opener against the Thunder on Wednesday, October 23.
Bogdanovic went to the locker room for the final minutes of the 2nd quarter.

He got up originally and walked off the floor, but then had to be helped off the floor, not putting any weight on his foot.

O’Neale suffered his injury seconds before halftime.

After heading into the locker room, Bogdanovic was listed as questionable to return by the Jazz.

However, Bogdanovic and O’Neale were both in the Jazz’s starting lineup to start the second half of play.
Royce O'Neale is also on the floor after jamming a finger to end the first half.

Utah led OKC 49-46 to start the second half.
