Kickoff, TV Info Announced For BYU’s Game Against Ranked Boise State

PROVO, Utah – TV info and a kickoff time were announced for BYU football’s game against Boise State.
The Cougars host the nationally-ranked Broncos on Saturday, October 19th at LaVell Edwards Stadium. Kickoff is set for 8:15 p.m. and will be televised on ESPN2.
This is the fifth consecutive year that BYU and Boise State have a kickoff time at 8 p.m. (MT) or later.
This is the eighth of a 12-game series between BYU and Boise State. All eight of the matchups between the two schools have been televised on an ESPN network.
Since the two programs starting playing annually beginning in 2012, this year’s game marks only the second time that they will meet on a Saturday. The last time came in 2015 where Tanner Mangum led BYU to a hail mary victory, the Cougars’ last win in the series.

Last month, BYU and Boise State announced a new 10-game scheduling agreement that will begin in 2025 and run through the 2034 season.
Boise State leads the all-time series against BYU 7-2. Both of BYU’s wins have been in Provo.
The Broncos are currently undefeated this season with a 5-0 record and are ranked No. 14 in the latest AP Top 25. Boise State hosts Hawaii this Saturday on the blue turf at Albertson’s Stadium.
BYU is 2-3 and travels to take on South Florida from the AAC in Tampa, Florida this Saturday.
