Josh Davis’ 54-Yard Sideline Sprint Gives Weber State Lead Over Idaho

MOSCOW, Idaho – Weber State running back Josh Davis had a 54-yard run up the sideline for the first touchdown of the game to give the Wildcats a 7-0 lead over the Idaho Vandals.
Davis’ run came with 11:18 left in the first quarter of Weber State’s game on Saturday, October 5.
The Wildcats’ TD came on a four-play, 90-yard drive to put them up early over the Vandals.

The Weber State score was Davis’ third rushing TD of the season. He scored two touchdowns against Cal Poly on September 7.
The matchup is the first conference game for Weber State this year.
The Wildcats have a 2-2 record on the season. Idaho entered the game with a 2-3 record.
