Emmanuel Esukpa Explodes Down Sideline, Gives BYU 1st TD Against Toledo

TOLEDO, Ohio – BYU running back Emmanuel Esukpa ran down the sideline for a 32-yard touchdown against the Toledo Rockets.
Esukpa’s TD was an impressive run down the sideline in the 2nd quarter on Saturday, September 27.
The running back’s score gave BYU a 7-3 lead with 4:09 left in the first half.

Esukpa’s touchdown was his second of the season. He had a TD run in BYU’s game against the Washington Huskies earlier this season.
The running back had 124 yards on the season after the run.

Esukpa is in his first season with the Cougars. He transferred to BYU from Rice this past offseason.
