Cougars Stay Perfect With Shutout Against Long Beach State

LONG BEACH, Calif. – The BYU Women’s Soccer team maintained its undefeated record by beating Long Beach State 3-0 in California.
The fifth-ranked Cougars extended their shutout streak to seven games with the victory on Thursday, September 26.
BYU moved to a 6-0 record on the road with the win against Long Beach State.

BYU won with goals from Ellie Maughan, Elise Flake, and Ella Ballstaedt.
The Cougars have a record of 9-0 on the season.

The Cougars next match is against UC Irvine. BYU will host UCI on Saturday, September 28 at 7 p.m. (MDT). The game is available on BYUtv and BYU Radio.
