Cougars Cruise To Victory In Conference Opener, Sweep Gonzaga

SPOKANE, Wash. – The BYU Women’s Volleyball team cruised to victory in their first West Coast Conference match of the season by sweeping the Gonzaga Bulldogs 3-0 in Spokane.
The ninth-ranked Cougars won their 10th victory of the season in three sets over the Zags.
The Zags fell to the Cougs by a score of 25-13, 25-13, 25-17 on Thursday, September 26.

BYU has a perfect 4-0 record on the road this season. The only losses for the Cougars have come at home against ranked opponents.
The ninth-ranked Cougars lost to 16th ranked Marquette and 3rd ranked Texas earlier this season.
