Utes Fall In Top 25 Rankings, Aggies Receive Votes

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The Utah Utes fell nine spots in the Associated Press Top 25 Poll following their first loss of the season. The Utah State Aggies received votes in the Coaches Poll.
The Utes were 10th in the nation before falling to the USC Trojans on September 20.
The Aggies began to receive votes in the Coaches Poll after beating San Diego State 23-17 on September 21.

The Utes’ loss to the Trojans came on the road after beginning the season with three wins. Utah now sits at a record of 3-1 on the season.
The Aggies received nine votes in the Coaches Poll and have a record of 2-1 in 2019.

Utah State’s only loss came against Wake Forest in the first game of the season.
The BYU Cougars received votes after beating then 24th ranked USC in their third game of the season. The Cougars did not receive any votes following their loss to Washington. BYU has a 2-2 record.
