PROVO, Utah – Can BYU pull off a third consecutive upset against another Power Five program?
Last week, BYU defeated No. 24 ranked USC in Provo and no one on the ESPN College Gameday believed the Cougars were capable of winning against the Trojans.
On Saturday, College Gameday was in Athens, Georgia for college football’s biggest game of the weekend in Georgia versus Notre Dame.
With the Gameday crew in the Peach State, Reece Davis, Desmond Howard, Lee Corso, and Kirk Herbstreit were joined by Atlanta-based rapper Jeezy on the set to make “Saturday Selections.”

Like last week, the Gameday crew is not liking BYU’s chances. Everyone picked Washington to defeat BYU.
Jeezy said, “Washington all day. Come on Washington, let’s get that W!”
For Cougar fans, that’s just fine. The only time the hosts of Gameday have picked BYU is in the opening week of the season when Herbstreit and Howard picked BYU over Utah. Since that week, the only pick in favor of BYU was from Matthew McConaughey in week two when the Texas superfan picked BYU over Tennessee.
Herbstreit aired some caution on the Huskies because he’s not completely sold on Huskies quarterback Jacob Eason. Also noted that BYU is a different team at home in Provo.
BYU vs. No. 22 ranked Washington was one of the games on the docket for Desmond Howard, Lee Corso, Kirk Herbstreit, and Jeezy to make predictions.
