LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Defensive lineman Bradlee Anae added another sack to his “Sack Lake City” mayoral campaign with a takedown of USC Trojans’ quarterback Matt Fink during Utah’s game against the Trojans.
The defensive lineman sped past the Trojans’ offensive line and into the backfield to sack Fink.
Anae’s sack was the 21st of his Utah career.

Anae sacked the USC QB for a loss of seven yards to the Trojans’ 30-yard line with 2:36 left in the third quarter. The tackle pushed the Trojans back to a 4th & 14, causing USC to punt on the next play.
The sack was Anae’s fourth of the season. His previous three came in Week 2 against Northern Illinois.

During his press conference before the USC game, Utah head coach, Kyle Whittingham mentioned Anae as a real threat in overtaking Hunter Dimick as the Utes leader.
“It is going to take some work, but Bradlee has a chance to threaten that all-time sack record here at Utah,” said Whittingham. “He is definitely within reach, but he will have to have a pretty good year, which we hope he does. He is off to a pretty good start.”
