SANDY, Utah – Damir Kreilach’s impressive header in the 75th minute gave Real Salt Lake a 1-0 lead over the San Jose Earthquakes on Wednesday night.
Kreilach’s header broke a tie game after the defense of both squads had ruled much of the game up to that point.
Brooks Lennon’s cross to Kreilach put RSL up 1-0 against the Quakes in the second half.
