49ers’ Fred Warner Forces Fumble Against Tampa Bay

TAMPA BAY, Florida – San Francisco 49ers linebacker, Fred Warner forced a fumble of Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end, O.J. Howard in Sunday’s game.
Warner’s forced fumble occurred with 12:01 left in the 2nd quarter of the Niners-Bucs game.
The linebacker caused Howard to give up the ball on 3rd & Goal from the San Francisco 19-yard line following an 8-yard reception.

The 49ers’ Ronald Blair recovered the fumble. San Francisco was up 3-0 when the fumble occurred.

Warner is in his second NFL season, both have been with San Francisco. He was selected by the 49ers in 2018 in the third round of the NFL Draft.
The linebacker played for the BYU Cougars from 2014-2017. Warner’s brother, Troy, currently plays defensive back for the Cougars.
