PROVO, Utah – BYU fans are looking for creative ways for their beloved Cougars to get a victory over the Utah Utes.
For BYU fan Gary Pratt in Mapleton, Pratt dyed his dog Daisy a shade of royal blue to start a new tradition for the big rivalry game.

To dye a dog in another color is no easy task. According to Pratt, it took about an hour to have Daisy covered in blue.
“We had to let her dry in the tub before letting her out so we wouldn’t have blue streaks and droplets everywhere,” Pratt said. “So all I could do was sit there brushing her so she wouldn’t get out and run and shake. Totally worth it though.”
This is a new tradition for the Pratt family and according to Gary, “As long as BYU wins as they should, it will happen every year.”
