ORLANDO, Fla. – College Football is back!
Week Zero slate of college football games kick off this evening and the highlight game is Miami vs. Florida in Orlando.
ESPN’s College Gameday is in Orlando to kick off the season and they are at Walt Disney World in Orlando.
College Gameday has become a pre-game staple in the college football world in large part because they go on location to the biggest games and fans can be part of the show.
Gameday always has fans bringing signs, flags, and other items to represent their team behind the Gameday hosts.
Earlier this month, it was announced that Gameday would be televising their Week Zero show from the happiest place on earth, Disney World. But it came with a catch. No signs or flags were going to be allowed at the show.

Then later in the month after College Football fans were upset with the decision, the decision to not have signs was reversed. BYU fan Andrew Bangerter capitalized on the rule change to represent his team.

Bangerter held up a sign featuring BYU’s Oval Y logo and another sign that read, “Magic Happens’ in the same script that the Disneyland logo is in.
The amusement parks that Disney has to offer are no stranger to BYU fans. Head Coach Kalani Sitake took a summer vacation earlier this year to Disneyland and Sitake said it basically should have been a BYU Fan Fest.
