Utah Jazz Sign Stanton Kidd, William Howard

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The Utah Jazz announced that they have signed forwards William Howard and Stanton Kidd.
Howard was a part of the Utah Jazz entry that participated in both the 2019 Salt Lake City Summer League and the 2019 NBA Summer League in Las Vegas.
He joins the Jazz after playing for Limoges of tUtahhe LNB Pro A in France. With the club, he started in 25 of the 54 games played, averaging 9.5 points, 2.2 assists, 3.8 rebounds and 1.4 steals per game, while shooting 44 percent from the field.
Before his two-year stint with Limoges, Howard played for BCM Fravelines in the same league and Denain ASC Voltaire, and Hyeres-Toulon of the LNB Pro B League in France.
In 2017, Howard competed with the French National team at the European World Cup Qualifiers.

Kidd played for the Jazz in Summer League both in Salt Lake City and Las Vegas. During the SLC Summer League, he played in all three games while averaging 7.3 points and 3 rebounds per game. In Las Vegas, Kidd played in five games, posting a 8.2 points, 2.6 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game average.
Last season, he played for Darussafaka of the Basketball Super League in Turkey, recording 7.9 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1.1 assists per game in 50 EuroLeague and Turkish League games.
Kidd played college basketball at Colorado State for one season in 2014-15 and averaged 11.6 points, 1.8 assists and 5.1 rebounds per game. He also played college basketball for North Carolina Central and South Plains College.
