PROVO, Utah – On Wednesday BYU wide receiver Neil Pau’u appeared in Provo City court to plead not guilty to a Class B misdemeanor. The misdemeanor was suspicion of drunk driving back on June 8th on BYU’s campus.
Here at KSL we obtained the court documents from yesterday’s proceedings and also obtained the affidavit from from the arrest back on June 8th.
Looking forward, what does this all mean for Neil Pau’u and his status with the BYU football team? Also, what does this mean for the wide receiver unit in 2019? BYU’s wide receiving unit was already considered a question mark, who steps in now for Pau’u?
In an emergency episode of the Cougar Tracks podcast, I dive into those questions and more.
