SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Utah Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell drew laughs from fans on social media after he clapped back at a Twitter user for incorrectly calling Utah a city.
Following the Boston Bruins’ loss to the St. Louis Blues in Game 7 of the NHL’s Stanley Cup Final on Wednesday, Mitchell tweeted “Goodnight Boston,” with the peace sign emoji.
Twitter user @JoeBropro replied by saying “So close to three championships in one year,” referring to titles won by the Red Sox and Patriots over the last 12 months.
Imagine having this as your problem as a sports fan 😂 then there’s cities like Utah 🤐🤐🤐

Then, another user, @20_JWill, whose profile picture shows him wearing a Boston Celtics pullover, tweeted “Imagine having this as our problem as a sports fan then there’s cities like Utah,” with a few zipper-mouthed emojis.
Seeing the incorrect statement, Mitchell retorted back at @20_JWill, saying “Imagine thinking Utah is a city,” with the hashtag #HateToSeeit.
