Utah State Adds Three Graduate Transfers, Two Junior College Players

LOGAN, Utah – Utah State head coach Gary Andersen announced that they have added five transfers to the program, three graduate and two junior college transfers.
The graduate transfers include former BYU running back Riley Burt, former Utah wide receiver Siaosi Mariner and former Utes defensive end Caleb Repp.
Joining the Aggies from the junior college ranks are Sean Carter and Noah Young.

Burt rushed for 323 yards and two touchdowns during his junior season in 2018 with the Cougars. He played high school football at Box Elder.
Mariner played 36 games for Utah and started 22 contests in three seasons. He collected 52 receptions for 785 yards and 4 touchdowns.
Repp played 37 games for the Utes and started six games as a defensive end and tight end. As a DE, he recorded 21 tackles, 2 sacks and 2 forced fumbles. As a tight end, he caught two passes for 25 yards and found the end zone twice.
Carter transferred from Fullerton junior college, where he played wide receiver. He caught 12 passes for 209 yards and 1 touchdown this past season.
Young is a linebacker from Southwestern junior college, where he racked up 48 tackles, 1.5 sacks, 4.5 tackles for loss, 2 fumble recoveries and 1 interception.
Utah State will begin their season on August 31 on the road against Wake Forest.
