Last September, Vivint Smart Home Arena welcomed 12,367 hockey fans to the first NHL game in Utah in nearly 10 years to see the Kings defeat the Canucks in a 4-1 game. The Kings have deep ties to Utah as their roster fields the only two Utahns in the NHL, Trevor Lewis and Daniel Brickley. Team president and Hockey Hall of Famer Lue Robitaille is also a big fan of the state and holds a residence in the Heber Valley/Park City area.
The Kings will also be hosting a youth hockey camp in Utah this summer from July 8-12 at the Park City Ice Arena. More information is available here.
