BUFFALO, N.Y. – The Buffalo Bills have added former BYU offensive lineman and former BYU Cougar De’Ondre Wesley to their roster after claiming him off of waivers.

Wesley will join the Bills for the second time in his NFL career after playing on their practice squad in 2017 and returned breifly in 2018 after he didn’t make it onto their 53-man roster.

He entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent in 2015 when he signed with the Baltimore Ravens. He spent the 2013 and 2014 with BYU after he transferred from Diablo Valley College.

While with the Ravens, Wesley was placed on the injured reserve list in 2016 and was released by the team in 2017. He then joined the Bills for two seasons.

Wesley was recently with the Indianapolis Colts on their practice squad but was released a week later in November of 2018. He was re-signed one month later and then signed a reserve/future contract in January, 2019 but was waived on Tuesday.

The Castro Valley, California native played 7 games during his NFL career.
