PROVO, Utah – Former BYU wide receiver Jordan Leslie will return to the football field. He has signed with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League.
Leslie was recently a member of the Salt Lake Stallions of the Alliance of American Football when he was released after the league folded.
That came after a tour around the NFL that included stops with the Minnesota Vikings, Jacksonville Jaguards, Atlanta Falcons, Tennessee Titans, Cleveland Browns and the Denver Broncos from 2015-18.
Looks like I’ll be back on a football field 🙌🏽 Excited to join the @CFL with the @Ticats
I want to thank all my fans that have continued to support me!

During his time with the Stallions, he collected 10 receptions for 71 yards and one touchdown, while also catching two 2-point conversions.
Leslie spent the 2014 season with BYU after playing for UTEP in 2012 and 2013. He had 55 catches for 779 yards and 6 touchdowns while in a Cougars uniform.
Last season, Hamilton finished with an 8-10 record and was second in the East Division. They will begin their 20-game schedule for the 2019 season on June 1 on the road against Ottawa.
