BETHPAGE, N.Y. – Utah native Tony Finau had a much better round at Bethpage Black as he shot one-under par in the third round of the PGA Championship.

Finau sits with a tournament score of two-over par after he shot even in the first round and three-over in the second round.

He pared the first two holes of the third round before getting a bogey on No. 3, birdie on No. 4 and bogey on 5 and 6. Finau nailed two straight pars on No. 7 and 8 before finishing the front-nine with a birdie.

Finau finished the front-nine at +1. The back-nine was a great start with a bogey on No. 10 and two straight pars. The momentum swinging hole was No. 13 when Finau picked up his second eagle of the tournament. He scored a par on the next four holes before getting a birdie on No. 18 to score a -2 on the back-nine and a -1 third round score.

After Finau nailed the eagle putt on No. 13, he celebrated with a little shimmy.

Finau is currently tied for 35th on the leaderboard and is tied with Matt Fitzpatrick, Keegan Bradley, Webb Simpson, Aaron Wise, Adam Hadwin, Haotong Li, Rory McIlroy, Jason Day, Abraham Ancer, Adam Long, Kiradech Aphibarnrat and Shane Lowry.

The final round of the PGA Championship will take place on Sunday with television coverage beginning at 9 a.m. on TNT and will go until 12 p.m. when they switch over to CBS until 5 p.m.
