2019 NBA Conference Finals Schedule

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Just four teams remain and continue their quest for an NBA Championship.

In the Western Conference, the Golden State Warriors eliminated the Los Angeles Clippers in six games in the first round and the Houston Rockets in six games in the second round. The Portland Trail Blazers eliminated the Oklahoma City Thunder in five games in the first round and the Denver Nuggets in seven games in the second round.

In the Eastern Conference, the Milwaukee Bucks swept the Detroit Pistons in the first round and knocked off the Boston Celtics in five games in the second round. The Toronto Raptors defeated the Orlando Magic in five games in the first round and the Philadelphia 76ers in seven games in the second round.

Here is the schedule for the Conference Finals of the 2019 NBA Playoffs:

Western Conference Finals

1) Golden State Warriors vs. 3) Portland Trail Blazers

Warriors Win Series 4-0

Game 1: at Golden State – Warriors won 116-94
Game 2: at Golden State – Warriors won 114-111
Game 3: at Portland – Warriors won 110-99
Game 4: at Portland – Warriors won 119-117 in OT

Season Series: Tied 2-2

1) Milwaukee Bucks vs. 2) Toronto Raptors

Raptors Win Series 4-2

Game 1: at Milwaukee – Bucks won 108-100

Game 4: at Toronto – Raptors won 120-102
