Mitchell Teases Signature Shoe Alongside Spider-Man Actor
SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Utah Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell continued to tease the public release of his upcoming signature sneaker with help from actor Tom Holland.
Holland, who plays Peter Parker and Spider-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universal, was photographed wearing a pair of ‘Spida’ Mitchell’s upcoming Adidas D.O.N. Issue #1 signature shoe. The actor was also photographed with a blacked-out figure, presumably Mitchell, in a reenactment of a popular internet meme of two Spider-Mans pointing at each other.
It has been reported that Mitchell’s shoe will release on July 1, in conjunction with the latest film in the Marvel universe, Spider-Man: Far From Home.

Mitchell debuted the shoe for the first time during the Jazz’s brief playoff run against the Houston Rockets. The design and name of the D.O.N. Issue #1 is based heavily on Mitchell’s love for comic book characters, especially Spider-Man.
Retail for the shoe is reportedly going to be $100.
