Jahshire Hardnett To Transfer From BYU

PROVO, Utah – Former BYU guard Jahshire Hardnett has announced his commitment to transfer to Montana for next season.
Hardnett is moving to the Montana program as a graduate transfer and will be eligible to play immediately, according to reports.
In two seasons with BYU, Hardnett appeared in 55 games and averaged 7.4 points and 1.9 assists per game.

Midway through the 2018-19 season, Hardnett’s role was significantly reduced. It was rumored that he would leave the program in January, but he returned to the team to finish the year.
It’s the fourth stop overall for Hardnett, a native of Gulfport, Mississippi, who also played at Chipola College and Fordham before arriving in Provo.
