HOUSTON, Texas – Houston Rockets star James Harden continued his struggles shooting the basketball in Game 5. He missed a wide open dunk in the second quarter with 4:38 left.

He blew past Royce O’Neale on the baseline and Rudy Gobert was late to help in the paint but it didn’t matter as Harden couldn’t finish the play as he missed the dunk.

The Jazz were leading 35-32 and Harden was 1-for-11 from the field. He struggled in Salt Lake City during Game 3 as he missed his first 15 shots.

At the half, the Rockets took a 46-42 lead. Harden had 10 points in 19 minutes of play on 4-for-14 shooting, including 2-for-7 from downtown. He had 5 assists and 3 turnovers.

On the following play, Rudy Gobert was set up for an open dunk.

The Jazz have really put an emphasis on forcing him to drive to the basket and have stepped their defense with the backside help in the paint. Houston leads the best-of-seven series 3-1.
