CINCINNATI, Ohio – For the match against FC Cincinnati, Real Salt Lake donned a new look thanks to a ocean-friendly initiative by Adidas, the MLS’ uniform supplier.
For the game, both teams wore teal blue and black kits, with teal being the primary color for RSL’s uniform and black being the primary color for first-year team Cincinnati.
The uniform technology, known as Adidas x Parley, is made from technical yarns made of plastic collected from oceans, beaches and coastal communities.
Not long 'til we see these in action. 😍

Inside each uniform is the message “For the Oceans” on the inside of the collar.
It’s the third straight year that the MLS has participated in the Greener Goals Week of Service by wearing the eco-friendly kits.
