SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Following a questionable call at the end of the third quarter of the Utah Jazz’ game against the Denver Nuggets, Jazz head coach Quin Snyder was heated.
With little more than a second to go in the third quarter, Denver center Mason Plumlee attempted a buzzer beating 3-pointer. Jazz forward Joe Ingles offered some passive defense by simply holding his arms above his head and not leaving the ground, but was called for a foul on the shot.
Snyder immediately became outraged and let the officials know it. As a result, he was called for a technical foul.
I'm okay with Quin Snyder getting a T. He needed to let the refs know that was a bad call…if the fans had not signaled that already. #utahjazz up 91-86 at the end of 3.

Malik Beasley took and made the technical free throw. Plumlee missed the first two of his three free throws, drawing applause from the sold out crowd at Vivint Smart Home Arena.
Going into the fourth of the regular season home finale, the Jazz led 91-86 thanks to a strong effort by Donovan Mitchell, who had 40 points through three quarters.
