Team of Rookies
Of the 19 athletes, more than half are freshman.
“We have ten rookies on our team who have stepped up like none other,” said Nicole Quesenberry, a veteran member, and leader on the team.
Team of Unity
Quesenberry said the biggest difference on the team this year was the unity they felt all season, even with the new members.
“The difference this year was hunger, unity and complete confidence,” said Quesenberry. “You do it for each other.”
