No. 4-Rocky beat No. 29 Bend It Like Beckham in the first round, No. 13 Miracle in the second round and No. 21 Rudy in the Round of Eight. Sylvester Stallone stars in the 1976 film about a small-time boxer, who gets a supremely rare chance to fight a heavy-weight champion in a bout in which he strives to go the distance for his self-respect.
No. 8-seed Remember The Titans beat No. 25 Any Given Sunday in the first round, No. 24 White Men Can’t Jump in the second round and No. 1 Hoosiers in the Round of Eight. Denzel Washington stars in the 2000 classic about a true story of a newly appointed African-American coach and his high school team on their first season as a racially integrated unit.
