UTAH JAZZ
Allen Shines In First Half Against Suns

PHOENIX, Ariz. – His number was called early and Utah Jazz rookie Grayson Allen came up with arguably the best half of his NBA career in the first half against the Phoenix Suns.
The Jazz came into the game heavily depleted at multiple positions. As such, Allen, who had only appeared in 33 games prior to Wednesday’s contest, was inserted into the game midway through the first quarter.
He didn’t disappoint, scoring 10 points in the first half on 4-of-5 shooting with two 3-pointers made.
Allen also shined on the defensive end with a block on Phoenix’s Josh Jackson at the rim.

He was drafted with the 21st overall pick in the 2018 NBA Draft out of Duke.
At halftime, the Jazz led the Suns 56-53.
