SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The Western Conference field has been set as all eight teams have clinched a spot in the postseason. Now it’s just a matter of who’s playing who.
As it stands now, the Jazz sit in fifth place with six games to go. They’re two games behind the Portland Trail Blazers for fourth place and home court advantage in the playoffs.
Portland is the only other team besides Utah playing on Monday night.
Here’s a look at the current standings and who each team is facing next in the homestretch of the season:
1. Golden State Warriors (52-24)
Next up: vs. Nuggets, Tuesday

4. Portland Trail Blazers (48-28)
Next up: at Timberwolves, Monday
The fourth and final matchup of the season between the Timberwolves and the Trail Blazers is one that the Jazz will definitely keep an eye on. A loss by Portland will reduce its lead over Utah to just one game for homecourt advantage in the playoffs.

The Timberwolves have nothing to shoot for other than to play the role of spoiler. At 34-42, they’re out of the playoffs, but Karl-Anthony Towns is still putting up big numbers as he continues to strive for All-NBA honors.
5. Utah Jazz (46-30)
Next up: vs. Hornets, Monday
