Late Score Gives Salt Lake First Half Lead
Midway through the first quarter, Woodrum threw an interception on his seventh pass attempt.
In the second quarter, Woodrum turned the ball over again, this time on the one-yard line as he was about to run it into the end zone.
The Stallions scored with 1:24 left in the second quarter as Woodrum fumbled the snap but was able to hand it off to running back Joel Bouagnon for a two-yard score. Woodrum picked up the two point conversion with a two-yard pass to former BYU wide receiver Jordan Leslie to give the Stallions an 8-0 lead.
