SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – After Portland Trail Blazers center Jusef Nurkic suffered a gruesome injury in his team’s overtime victory over the Brooklyn Nets, several Utah Jazzmen took to Twitter to offer their support.

Even though the Jazz had just won a 33-point decision against the Phoenix Suns on the Monday, several Utah players voiced their concern and best wishes for Nurkic.

Nurkic is a key player for the Blazers, who are competing with the Jazz for homecourt advantage in the NBA Western Conference playoffs. This season, the Bosnian international is averaging a double-double with 15.4 points and 10.3 rebounds per game.

The Trail Blazers are currently 2.5 games ahead of the Jazz for the fourth spot in the Western Conference playoffs.
