SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – In the Utah Jazz’s 114-98 win over the Brooklyn Nets, Jazz center Rudy Gobert collected his 55th double-double of the season with 23 points and 17 rebounds.
Perhaps most impressive, was how much of an impact Gobert made on his counterpart, Nets center Jarrett Allen. Matched up against Gobert, Allen was terrible, scoring just four points, collecting only five rebounds and missing his only shot attempt.
To say he has completely neutralized by Gobert would be an understatement.

Thanks to Gobert and his frontcourt mate Derrick Favors, who also had a double-double with 13 points and 12 rebounds, the Jazz dominated the glass, outrebounding the Nets 65-44.
The Jazz also controlled the paint, outscoring Brooklyn 48-38 down low.
Currently on a three-game winning streak, the Jazz are playing well at the right time.
