Donovan Mitchell Releases Statement Regarding Russell Westbrook Incident

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – After Oklahoma City Thunder star Russell Westbrook had a verbal incident with a Jazz fan and his wife, Utah Jazz star Donovan Mitchell released a statement regarding the incident.
Mitchell states that he has come to love the state of Utah and the events on Monday night do not reflect what he has become accustom to.
The second year rising star from Louisville scored 25 points to go with his 4 rebounds and 5 assists.

Mitchell mentions his foundation and that he will be working on a solution to the problem that is going on in society during the offseason. His foundation is SPIDACARES.
Many current and former NBA players have reacted on social media, including Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade, former Jazzman Trevor Booker, current Jazz forward Thabo Sefolosha and big man Rudy Gobert.
Jazz star Rudy Gobert also supports Russell Westbrook. "We have his back," Gobert told ESPN. "As much as I like to compete against Russ – and there’s always a little trash talk between me and him – as a human being, I feel for him and I understand his reaction." Story coming …
