SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The Utah Jazz ended their first quarter against the New Orleans Pelicans with a smooth buzzer-beating 3-pointer by Kyle Korver.

It was the 10th buzzer beater of the season for the Jazz.

Coming off a pick and roll, Jazz forward rifled pass to the corner for Kyle Korver, who did what he had done 2,321 times before and knocked down the triple.

Earlier in the season Korver came over to the Jazz for his second stint in Utah after being swapped for long-time Jazzman Alec Burks.

The 16-year pro has shined in 40 games in a Jazz uniform this season, scoring 9.3 points per game and shooting 42.9 percent from the field and 39.8 percent from downtown.

Thanks to Korver’s three, the Jazz led 33-24 over New Orleans. Korver had a strong first period with eight points on 3-for-6 shooting with two 3-pointers made.
