Bouagnon’s TD Heats Up Freezing Stallions Game

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Weather conditions were rough in the first half for the Salt Lake Stallions’ game against the Orlando Apollos.
The play on the field showed how difficult it was both teams, as Orlando and Salt Lake played to a small-scoring 6-3 Orlando-leading halftime score.
The field was plowed at halftime, making life easier for both teams in the second half.
Orlando took advantage first, scoring on a Donteea Dye touchdown reception midway through the third.
The Stallions however, responded with a 14-yard touchdown run by Joel Bouagnon to make it a 14-11 score going into the fourth quarter.

The Stallions went into the game hoping to give Orlando its first loss of the season.
The game was also the first matchup in history between legendary coaches, Salt Lake’s Dennis Erickson and Orlando’s Steve Spurrier.
