SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – With the Utah Jazz in need of a basket, Donovan Mitchell sent his defender flying with killer crossover before draining a 3-pointer.
The made 3-pointer off the move on LA’s Landry Shamet was Mitchell’s seventh straight point in what became an 11-point run for Utah early in the third quarter.

Following a long 2-pointer by Joe Ingles just a few moments later, the Jazz regained the lead at 60-58 after trailing by as much as 17 in the game. It was Utah’s first lead since leading 4-2 early in the first quarter.
The crossover leading to a three was the biggest highlight of a big third quarter Mitchell. The second-year guard had nine points in the penultimate period alone with two 3-pointers made.
