Jazz, Stars, Grizzlies To Offer Free Tickets To Federal Employees

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – During a trying time for federal employees, the Utah Jazz, Salt Lake City Stars and Utah Grizzlies are trying to pitch a hand with free tickets.
The Jazz will be offering a limited number of free tickets to federal workers for Friday’s game against the Minnesota Timberwolves. Due to expected high demand, tickets will be limited to two per federal employee. The tickets have been donated by season ticket members and Larry H. Miller employees
Jazz tickets have been returned and donated by season ticket members and employees for use by furloughed federal workers.
Available Jazz tickets may be claimed by federal employees on Jan. 25 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at the @vivintarena box office.

The Stars will also be offering up to four tickets to the furloughed employees for their next two home games on Friday and Monday.
For the duration of the government shutdown, the Grizzlies will be giving out up to five free tickets to their home games to federal employees. Currently on a road trip, the team will be back at the Maverik Center on Feb. 6.

Jazz tickets can be picked up from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the box office at Vivint Smart Home Arena. Stars tickets can be claimed at Bruin Arena box office at 5 p.m. on the day of the game. A federal worker identification must be presented in order to receive tickets.
