In the commercial, Mitchell was on the team bus looking at his phone that had a cat playing with a toy that appears to be on the camera at his home. Gobert, sitting behind Mitchell, calls out the second year star about being a person who likes cats. Mitchell denies the accusation and claims that someone sent him the cat video. Gobert lets Mitchell know that it is okay to like cats. After a couple of seconds of silents, Rubio, seated in front of Mitchell said “Meow.”
Mitchell claimed on Twitter after the release of the commercial, that he is not a “cat guy.”

Gobert was featured on a second commercial for Vivint along with Jazz forward Jae Crowder. They are both at Gobert’s house staring at a wall of different art pieces of Gobert. Crowder asked the big man what it was and Gobert said it was his security system. “There is no better security than many Rudies.” Crowder points out that all that Gobert needs is Vivint Smart Home. Gobert agrees as long as the “Rudies” stay.
