UVU Wins 22nd Straight At Home With Win Over UTRGV

OREM, Utah β Utah Valley extended its home winning streak to 22 games with a big 82-61 win over UT Rio Grand Valley.
After UT Rio Grand Valley led the game for a brief moment at 8-5, Utah Valley broke the game open, starting with back-to-back 3-pointers by Jake Toolson to take the led at 14-8. From there, the Wolverines kept their foot on the gas en route to taking what was at most a 19-point lead before halftime, where they led 43-27.

At the break, Toolson already had 14 points while Conner Toolson contributed nine first half points.
With a safe 16-point lead at the break, UVU had the game in cruise control on its way to yet another home win. The 22 home wins trails Houston at 29 for the second-longest such streak in the nation.
